OHHH! CONTEST — TERMS OF USE
1. Introduction
Welcome to OHHH! Contest, operated by Ohhh LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at www.ocontest.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, participants, brand partners, and any other users of the platform.
2. About the Platform
OHHH! Contest is a creative contest platform that connects independent filmmakers and content creators with brands seeking authentic, high-quality video content. Brands sponsor contests, select participants, and award prizes. Participants receive products, produce content, and compete for cash prizes.
We are based in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States of America.
3. Eligibility
To participate in any contest on our platform, you must:Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence.
Have a valid social media presence or portfolio demonstrating content creation experience.
Reside in a country listed as eligible for the specific contest you are applying to.
Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of OHHH!
Contest or the sponsoring brand.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility at any stage and disqualify participants who do not meet the requirements.
4. Contest Participation
Application Process
Applications are submitted through our platform or designated third-party forms. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. All selections are made at the sole discretion of OHHH! Contest.
Product Receipt
Selected participants will receive a product shipped by the sponsoring brand. Products are provided free of charge for the purpose of content creation. Participants are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
Content Creation
Participants must create content strictly in accordance with the creative brief provided for each contest. Content must be original, created solely by the participant, and must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Submission
All submissions must be delivered by the deadline specified in the contest brief. Late submissions will not be accepted unless otherwise communicated by OHHH! Contest in writing.
Disqualification
OHHH! Contest reserves the right to disqualify any participant for breach of these Terms, failure to follow the creative brief, submission of fraudulent or plagiarized content, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform, its community, or its brand partners.
5. Content Ownership and Licensing
Participants retain full ownership of the content they create.
By submitting content to the platform, participants grant OHHH! Contest and the sponsoring brand a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote the submitted content across all channels and platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and press materials, without further compensation beyond the prize awarded.
This license applies to all submissions, not only winning entries.
Participants warrant that their content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party, including music, footage, logos, or any other elements included in their submission.
6. Prizes
Prize amounts are specified within each individual contest brief. Prizes are awarded to winners as determined by the judging panel, which may include OHHH! Contest staff, brand representatives, or independent judges.
Prize payments are made via the method specified at the time of winner announcement. OHHH! Contest is not responsible for any bank fees, transfer fees, or taxes applied by the recipient's financial institution or local tax authority.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternative compensation unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by OHHH! Contest.
7. Product Return Policy
Products sent to participants are provided for the purpose of content creation and are not required to be returned unless stated otherwise in the specific contest brief. Participants agree not to resell, transfer, or misuse products received through the platform.
8. Code of Conduct
All participants and brand partners agree to engage with the platform and its community in a respectful and professional manner.
The following are strictly prohibited:
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward any member of the community, OHHH! Contest staff, or brand representatives.
Misrepresentation of identity, credentials, or submitted content.
Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform or its operations.
Sharing confidential contest information, including unpublished briefs, before official announcement.
OHHH! Contest reserves the right to remove any user from the platform for violation of this code of conduct, with or without prior notice.
9. Brand Partner Terms
Brands engaging with OHHH! Contest agree to provide accurate product information, fulfill product shipment commitments within the agreed timeline, and conduct judging in a fair and timely manner. OHHH! Contest acts as an intermediary and is not liable for any disputes arising between brand partners and contest participants beyond its facilitation role.
10. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the platform or any contest at any time, with or without notice, for operational, technical, or business reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OHHH! Contest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, participation in any contest, or receipt and use of any product provided through the platform.
Our total liability to any participant or user shall not exceed the value of the prize associated with the relevant contest.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OHHH! Contest, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the platform, your submitted content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
